I had called my usual dealer for an oil change and they didn’t have availability until early evening. I called Family Honda which is actually closer to my home and immediately got the time frame I asked for. Once there, the service was very friendly and actually took less time than was originally said to me. As I waited, I noticed the various employees doing their jobs and interacting. It was a great, friendly atmosphere where people were getting the job done and everyone seemed content.
