Michael Roman was born in the Philippines but has been living in Ontario for some time. In fact, he’s been with Family Honda for over six years. The pleasure has been all ours.

Here’s a bit of background on our Sales Consultant extraordinaire.

Where did you go to school and what did you take?

I earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Lyceum Northwestern University, Dagupan City, Philippines.

How do you describe to people what it is you do every day? (And what’s your official title?)

My official title is Sales Consultant, but I like to think my job is to make people happy with their purchase and give them the most unforgettable experience ever!

What was your first car?

My very first car was a 1990 Honda Civic Hatchback. Great car.

What are you driving today, and what do you like about it?

I’m in a 2011 Honda Odyssey, which is comfortable to drive and great for my family’s needs, too.

What do you want people to know about Family Honda?

We truly focus on the customer. From the moment they walk in the door, or even when they visit us online or on social media, we invest a ton of energy making sure they know we’re there to listen and help.

What’s the most satisfying part of your job?

Honestly, seeing the satisfaction we bring to others is the most satisfying part. Making clients happy throughout the purchase experience means a great deal to me.
